Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)
Utilized for applications that require functional testing and in some cases low-volume production application. This process takes your 3D Solid CAD file and transforms it into a highly accurate and “real” rugged part. Production-quality parts can be fabricated in just a few days. Since no tooling is required, design changes can be integrated without impacting time or delivery.
Working parts and assemblies with good
detail and surface finishes are available in a variety
of materials from rigid
to flexible plastics. SLS parts are capable of living
hinges, high-flex snaps as well as high stress and heat
and some chemical environments. They are dimensionally
tolerant within thousandths of an inch and deliverable
to you in just a few days.
