Prototype and Production Investment Castings

One of the most difficult manufacturing options is the ability to fabricate low volume investment castings. Traditionally if your program requires between 1 and 5 investment cast prototypes you are relegated to machining and EDM development from a block of material. Our team has perfected the manufacturing of investment cast models in almost any material in 5-10 days. We utilize the SLS pattern development process to make your preliminary waxes right from your 3D model or STL file. (View materials available)

While there are some size limitations (17"X14"X8") you can receive your as-cast models in actual material and cast profile quickly. We will inspect and certify all of your parts in our ISO 9000 facilities.

3Axis Development applies superior knowledge and expertise to every job. Straight from your 3D CAD file, shrink factors are precalculated. CAD profiles are manipulated and wax patterns are generated with excellent dimensional conformity.

NO TOOLING NECESSARY

We generate wax patterns without the need for expensive and time consuming tooling. The value to our customers is time and money.

IT'S STATE OF THE ART

Several parts are wax welded to a single sprue and prepped for shell coating. The investment casting process begins in our state-of-the-art
shellroom.

CUSTOMER CHOICE

After the shell is produced and de-waxed, you can choose from over 90 alloys for pouring. In the end, excellence in part finish, detail and dimensional conformity are what Invest Cast can offer.
